Full Cycle Offense
A 5-man offense featuring 3 players out and 2 players low. Starts with a give and go, leads to a kick out swing, and includes a strong side screen where the post player screens for the wing to drive to the hoop and finish with a layup via an in-flight pass. This offense emphasizes floor spacing and ball movement, making it effective against man-to-man defenses and capable of breaking down zones with fast ball movement.

Pick and Roll
Master the fundamental pick and roll play, one of the most effective two-player actions in basketball. Learn proper screening technique, ball handling, and decision-making.

Give and Go
Master the fundamental give and go play, a basic two-player action that creates scoring opportunities through quick passing and cutting. This drill focuses on timing, communication, and finishing at the rim.

Solo Step Back
Develop the step-back jump shot by simulating coming off a pick. This solo drill teaches players to create separation from defenders and execute a step-back shot after driving toward the basket.

3-2 Zone
Learn the fundamentals of the 3-2 zone defense with corner traps. This defensive scheme positions three players at the top and two players in the low post, with aggressive trapping in the corners to force turnovers and difficult shots.

Free Throw Practice
Master the fundamentals of free throw shooting through consistent practice and proper form. Develop muscle memory and confidence at the charity stripe.

Box Dribble Layups
Develop advanced dribbling skills and finishing with this box dribble drill. Navigate through four cones in a square pattern using crossovers and finishes with a layup. Improves ball handling, change of direction, and finishing at the rim.

Post Step Through
Develop post play footwork and finishing skills with this versatile drill. Practice receiving the ball in the key and executing three different finishing options: forward step through layup, spin and step through to the opposite side, or square up for a shot. Improves post positioning, footwork, decision-making, and finishing ability.

Hexa-Pass
Develop quick passing skills and the fundamental 'pass and move' concept with this dynamic hexagonal passing drill. Six players work together in a continuous cycle of passing and movement, improving court awareness, passing accuracy, and understanding of spacing. The drill duration varies based on player level.

Pass The Circuit
Develop passing accuracy, court awareness, and finishing skills with this perimeter passing circuit. Players move around the half court perimeter passing and running to each cone, ending with a layup. The goal is to make 5 layups in 20 minutes. Adjust difficulty by moving cones inward (easier) or increasing target numbers (harder).

Butterfly Passing
Master offensive movement and passing with this continuous rotation drill. Using a three out, two down offense formation, players learn to pass, cut, and rotate positions in a fluid, infinite cycle. Develops court awareness, passing accuracy, and understanding of offensive spacing and movement.

Tucson
A half-court passing and movement drill that teaches players to pass and move, square to the hoop when receiving the ball, and finish with layups. Players navigate through cones while making multiple passes and cuts, learning proper spacing, ball movement, and finishing at the rim.

Screen and Clear
A 3-out, 2-low offensive play that teaches pick and roll execution with proper spacing. The point guard uses a screen from the left wing, while the two bigs clear out to the corners to create space. The point guard has three scoring options: drive to the hoop, hit the rolling wing, or pass to the clearing bigs. This drill emphasizes spacing, decision-making, and reading the defense.

Closeout Star
A conditioning-heavy closeout drill that fans out from the rim to three perimeter spots - both wings and the top of the key. Players sprint out, break down into a balanced closeout, and retreat to the basket before attacking the next cone, building the footwork and the legs to contest shot after shot.

Concordia
A three-player ball reversal drill built around the swing pass. The player under the basket passes out to a wing, sprints to the top of the key for the return, then swings the ball to the opposite wing and cuts straight to the rim to finish. It trains one specific habit: when you catch at the top of the key, your first look goes to the far side of the floor.

Diamond and One
A junk defense for shutting down a single dominant scorer. One defender chases that player man-to-man everywhere on the floor while the other four play a 1-2-1 diamond behind them. The top of the diamond takes the ball on the first pass and the two middle defenders move to cover the second-pass options, so the defense stays a pass ahead of the ball instead of chasing it.

Double Screen Corner
A two-screen action run with the ball in hand. The ball handler dribbles tight through two subsequent screens toward the corner, looking for the corner shot as they clear the second one. If the defense fights over the top to take that away, the second screener cuts baseline off their own screen for a drive to the rim - two scoring options off the same read.

Give and Go Cycle
The give and go run as a continuity offense. After every pass and cut the next player fills the vacated spot, so the action cycles around the perimeter and each player rotates through passing, cutting, and filling without the offense ever resetting.

Lift Offense
A continuity offense built on the lift action. Bigs come up to screen at the top while the wings drop to the corners, and as the ball swings, the ball-side corner lifts to the wing to give a release. Every swing triggers a new lift and fill, keeping the floor spaced and the drive lanes open.

Stagger Cross
A full-court change-of-direction drill through two staggered columns of cones, built around one detail: attack the outside of each cone so it finishes beside you rather than in front of you, then open back to the middle by stepping backwards around it before you cross. Treating every cone as a defender's outside shoulder is what carries the footwork into a game.

4 Out Pest Twister
A 4-out, 1-in set that chains two screening actions. The post lifts out to set back-to-back ball screens for the guard - the pest - and then the two twist: the guard turns and immediately screens for the screener. As the ball reverses to the wing, the post dives into the paint to finish. Elsewhere these are usually called a repeat ball screen and a screen-the-screener.

Box Inbound
A baseline out-of-bounds set run from a box alignment. The center empties to the wing and loops up top as the safety while the two weak-side players split off each other - one breaking out to the corner, one cutting down into the vacated paint. The inbounder works a fixed four-read progression, and the clip shows it against live defense.

Overload Right
A right-side overload that stacks three players on the ball side and produces the same shot - the guard sealed on the block - three different ways. The center flashes across to the ball-side elbow for the entry, the point guard fills behind it on the wing, the guard cuts baseline into the block the power forward just cleared out of. From there the three clips show three feeding angles into the same finish.
